New prize received by AquaReturn at the Palace of Westminster in the House of Lords of the Parliament of London on Tuesday 7 March 2017.

Waterwise: the leading authority on water efficiency in the UK and of great weight in Europe, has given to AquaReturn, the second national award in its category, that annually awards the most outstanding products for its efficiency in saving water. It focuses on reducing water consumption in the UK and building the test bed for large-scale water efficiency.

The UK has less water available per person than most other Northern European countries. Strangely enough, London is drier than Istanbul, and southeast England is the part of the country with the most water stress.

The ceremony was chaired by Lord Redesdale who congratulated the companies for helping to build a better world and look to the future with a more sustainable awareness that allows the conservation of the planet through respect for resources as vital as water.
